Not all specialty plates require additional fees. A veteran who receives a Purple Heart or was a Prisoner of War can obtain specialty plates with those distinctions. Most states waive the additional fees for those plates in recognition of the service provided.

We provide both raised seals and inked (or rubber) seals, depending on your needs. Inked seals are easier to photocopy and to send through a fax. Certain recipients, though, require an embossed seal, so do your homework first.
