18 years ago, Craig knew I needed help and he was confident his wife was the right fit for the job. With little hesitation, I said , send her in. A good bit has happened in 18 years, that is for sure. The one thing that hasn't changed is the well oiled machine of front desk and back rooms. Patty is the sunshine at the front desk and the bright spot in everyone's day. She greets everyone with a smile and a warmth that is not found nowadays.
