We just HAD to share this one because this is what we mean when we say details matter! 😂

Candayce came in today with some concerns about her vehicle, and she did NOT leave us guessing. These are her exact descriptive words explaining what the vehicle was doing. 🤣👏

Brandon did a fantastic job listening, asking questions, and making sure every glorious detail made it into the notes for our technicians. Because sometimes “it makes a noise” just doesn’t quite cut it. 😂🔧

The more information you can give us about what you’re hearing, feeling, smelling, seeing, or when something happens, the better starting point our technicians have when it’s time to diagnose the problem.

So never worry about sounding silly when you’re describing a noise to us. Give us the clicks, clunks, squeaks, rattles, shakes, whoop-whoops, and whatever other sound effects you’ve got. WE WANT THEM. 🤣

And KARLA TAKES THE TROPHY! 👑🥣
Eli appears to be handling the loss with tremendous grace and absolutely no resentment whatsoever. Please refer to Exhibit A. 🤣
Our First Annual Cook-Off was everything we hoped it would be: good food, plenty of laughs, a little friendly competition, and some highly questionable sportsmanship after the votes were tallied.
Congratulations, Karla! Enjoy those bragging rights while you can, because something tells us Eli is already plotting his 2027 comeback. 😂
