📞 Answer phones, texts & voicemails
🤝 Greet and assist customers
🧾 Help with parts invoices & repair orders
📦 Help receive and inventory parts
🔧 Assist the sales & service departments
📋 Keep customer information and paperwork organized
🧹 Help keep the front of the dealership clean and presentable
📦 Restock supplies and monitor inventory
👀 Pay attention to the details — especially part numbers
💪 Take initiative and handle things that need to be done without always being asked
