Waters Edge is officially under contract. I want to thank everyone who stayed with us and contributed to our 100% 5-Star rating.

Bitter sweet to sell this property. It was my dream home/land but Helene had other plans and now it’s time for the next chapter.

Our next project is 9 miles away from our current home in Hudson Fl and should be ready by early 2027. If you are ever in the area, we would love to have you!
