Check out this new Dometic hydraulic steering we installed recently on this shoalwaterboats 22 Legend and old Mercury Marine two stroke. We recently did a stringers up restoration on this boat and are currently underway on a rewire.

The keel on this classic was repaired and a gelcoat keel guard was applied. We finished the repairs by replacing and increasing the size of the trailer timbers to full dimension 6” x 8” beams.

We will be adding two additional crossmembers and forward bunks to the trailer next week to prevent this damage from occurring again.

Here’s a quick three day rewire we did this week. The customer only had the budget for a wiring-rats nest cleanup but we had other plans.

Once we got into it we found countless issues that we didn’t feel comfortable just cleaning up. We ripped out the old harness and pulled all brand new marine grade wiring through his boat. We replaced the fuse block, switches and panel, battery switch, bus bars and much more. All staying right around his budget.

All of this was done in just three days. Dropped off in Monday and returned Friday.

We gave this redfisher 21 a facelift and new fuel tank a few weeks ago. This customer drove over four hours to bring us his boat.

As you can see the results were outstanding bringing new life to this classic hull.
