Frank's Auto Body is hiring to fill a full-time front office bookkeeping position.

This person will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Receiving and delivering mail and packages
- Answering incoming calls and directing as needed
- Maintaining records and files
- Accurate Quickbooks bookkeeping on accounts payable and receivable and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Qualifications include:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Frank's Auto Body of Perham / building #2 on the Northside of Main St. is having a one day only sale. Thursday the 27th of October from 9am to 3:30pm. We are selling off some of our overstock. Mainly for little older vehicles. Stainless fender trim, a few Headlights, Taillights, Grand Prix window regulators and a few others. Miscellaneous hubcaps, Incomplete sets of stainless rocker kits. Bug deflectors, a couple truck grills, one set of bed rails, Nerf bars and more. Not sure what's all here. Come take a look. Make reasonable cash offers.

Frank's Auto Body buildings 2 and 3 are expanding to another location. Building #2 is now being put up for sale. A commercial city lot with a commercial 50 x 52 free standing building with 16ft sidewalls and 2 - 14ft x 12ft garage doors and 1 man door.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Start to finish collision work including body repair, light mechanical and refinishing.

Other duties as assigned willingly and eagerly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the auto body industry is required.

Good attention to detail and a passion for excellence in everything you do.

Be organized with a sense of urgency.

Have ambition to work hard, learn, and earn more responsibility over time.

Understand and follow all state and federal regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.

A valid driver's license is preferred.

Candidates need to be able to work on their feet throughout the day and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay is dependent on experience. Some benefits available as well.
