Frank's Auto Body is hiring to fill a full-time front office bookkeeping position.

This person will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Receiving and delivering mail and packages
- Answering incoming calls and directing as needed
- Maintaining records and files
- Accurate Quickbooks bookkeeping on accounts payable and receivable and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Qualifications include:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Frank's Auto Body of Perham / building #2 on the Northside of Main St. is having a one day only sale. Thursday the 27th of October from 9am to 3:30pm. We are selling off some of our overstock. Mainly for little older vehicles. Stainless fender trim, a few Headlights, Taillights, Grand Prix window regulators and a few others. Miscellaneous hubcaps, Incomplete sets of stainless rocker kits.
