This was our second time getting a oil change at Automotive Alternative. Everybody there is professional and courteous. The service was done in a timely manner. If they do see a potential problem, they will give you a heads up, that it could lead to a bigger problem down the road. If you have a question or concern about something on your vehicle, they will explain to you, in easy to understand words, about how the part works on the vehicle, and tell you how it effects your vehicle.

🚨 SHOP INVESTIGATION REPORT 🚨

Vehicle arrived with engine concerns.

Upon removal of the valve cover, technicians discovered:

✔️ Sludge

✔️ More sludge

✔️ Sludge underneath the sludge

✔️ Evidence that this engine has not seen fresh oil since Blockbuster was in business and gas was under $2 a gallon

At this time, investigators believe routine maintenance was last performed by a previous civilization.

The owner has been advised that oil changes are generally more affordable than engine replacements.

If your mechanic sends you a picture like this, don't ask how much the repair is....
Ask if they accept monthly payments.

Case remains open.

This is the 2nd time I have taken my vehicle in for service & maintenance and have been completely satisfied with the service's provided. Not only do they do excellent work but their pricining has always been lower than I expected. Sure, they may have to have your vehicle a couple days if you need parts and repairs completed, but the wait time within a couple days at most is well worth it. No wonder they are so busy all the time. Thank you for your Service.
