🌸 They're finally blooming... and they're for you!

After seeing how much joy the community garden brought our guests (and us), we decided to add a U-pick flower garden. The dahlias and zinnias have finally started putting on the colorful show we'd been hoping for, and we'd love to see them brighten your campsite... or your dinner table.

So if you're staying with us, please help yourself! In fact, zinnias actually love being cut and reward us with even more blooms. 💐

We hope these flowers add a little extra color to your mountain getaway. 💚

On my way back from picking up pastries for our Saturday Morning Social, I found myself sitting at a red light admiring downtown Brevard... so I grabbed my phone and snapped these photos. 📷

There's something about a beautiful mountain town that feels both calming and peaceful. Maybe it's the mountain backdrop, maybe it's the friendly, smiling faces, or simply the slower pace of life.

Our first Wine Down Wednesday was a wonderful success! 🍷

Todd's "very serious" wine research paid off, and it was so much fun seeing everyone gather to sample local wines, make new connections, and simply enjoy a relaxing mountain evening together.

Another project... ✔️ Another improvement.

Todd & Derk have been hard at work adding a new privacy fence along the entrance road, giving Sites 39 & 40 an even more private, peaceful feel.

We think it turned out fantastic! Now it just needs a coat of paint this fall once the wood has had time to dry.

One of our favorite parts of these projects is when guests stop by to see the progress, ask questions, and chat with us along the way. We truly enjoy continually enhancing the park, one project at a time. 💚

Summer is in full swing in the garden. 🌱☀️
The zucchini seem to double in size overnight, the mint has completely taken over (seriously, please help us keep it under control 😄), our first-ever crop of green beans is producing beautifully, and the edamame has been a fun new addition this season.

Of course, that's only part of what's growing. Basil, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, herbs, and more are filling the beds and finding their way into guests' meals.

One of our favorite things is watching guests wander through the garden, picking a few fresh ingredients to enjoy during their stay. 💚
