Wow, this week has been so busy, its been hot and muggy. We got overwhelmed with calls and we would like to apologize to those we didn't make it to this week. ❗️CUSTOMER REFUNDS❗️

KU & LG&E customers will soon see a credit on their bills after the company announced it overcharged customers following a recent rate increase.

The affected customers will receive a credit on their bills by April 17th. The amount of the credit will vary depending on how much electricity each customer used during the period when the higher interim rate was in effect.
