The Home Wrecker
Dyna is real close to being finished. I went down a rabbit hole replacing the transmission shift lever so while I was in there I did the transmission main shaft seal, the the 5th gear main seal, shift lever seal, inner primary bearing and seal, starter seal and new drive belt. You know...while I'm there. All the leaks are fixed and all the ick is repaired. This one needed a lot of help but we've finally got it sorted.
We replaced the mangled bars and wiring, dented tank, front and rear fenders, blown out shocks, fixed the tail light wiring, cleaned the carb, swapped mirrors and grips and mounted a new rear tire. I just need to adjust the rear axle, run the fuel line, lighten the petcock and get it running again. It's been a project! It's had several setbacks but it's almost done now. Just a couple more hours. I'll try again tomorrow.
