** UPDATE**
No, we didn't fall off the face of the earth!! HAHA!!
Took some time to get tune looked at...had a O2 sensor dumping fuel...we are guessing that since the header was stained on outside with exhaust soot (pic 1 & 2), that it could also be "sucking air" and causing O2 sensor to freak out...
Header with O2 sensor was removed and I welded up the tubes and collector as best as I could to eliminate it "sucking air"(pic 3)...header was dropped off to be recoated...cerakote air dry time 2-3 weeks...should have it back end of month...then get it reinstalled...
