One of the hardest parts about being a car collector and dealer is deciding which cars to let go.

This beautiful 2002 Cadillac Eldorado ESC Convertible has been part of my personal collection since 2022, and I’ve truly enjoyed owning it. As many of you know, I have a passion for these Coach Builders Eldorado convertibles and have owned several over the years.

For those who may not know, Cadillac never produced a 2002 Eldorado convertible. This car was professionally converted when new by Coach Builders Limited of Florida, making it a very rare and unique automobile. This particular example is the desirable Hard Boot conversion, which has always been my favorite style.

Finished in White Diamond Metallic with Oatmeal leather interior and showing just 45,000 original miles, this Eldorado presents beautifully and is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner. The exterior is very nice, with brilliant paint that still shines beautifully. The interior also shows very well, with only some minor wear consistent with normal use and age.

The convertible top operates exactly as it should, but it does show some wear and a few tears. It remains very serviceable, though a future owner may choose to replace it at some point. In my opinion, this car certainly deserves it.

Everything works, including the air conditioning. As mentioned in the video, both rear quarter window motors will be replaced before the new owner takes delivery.

Recent maintenance includes rear brakes, a serpentine belt, tensioner, and routine oil changes. The car runs and drives excellent and is ready to be enjoyed immediately.

This is not a perfect show car, but it is an extremely nice driver-quality example that can be enjoyed right away. These cars rarely come up for sale, especially with such low mileage and in this desirable color combination.

I’m going to be sad to see this one go, but I simply don’t use it enough and it’s time for someone else to enjoy it as much as I have. I wouldn’t hesitate to get in this Cadillac and drive it across the country.
