Who all has John from Ground thumpin motors screwed over at this point?

Since John asked me to post all this and sue him. I think we may just obliged to do so. Seems the going thing for him the last few years while he tells everyone about his million dollar house he built.

You can't ignore this buddy and we will follow any avenues available to get our customers money back.
And to be fair to anyone who reads this, we have known John for the better part of 12 years or so, even visited John at his Florida home while we were in the area in 2015.
He has purchased from us plenty as well. So until recently we would have considered John a friend in the business and have recommended him in the past to plenty. So for it to get to this point is wild.

But we didn't realize you would take this route of trying f**k us and then ignoring your problem.

1st engine.
So we had John build us a built engine for a Northstar ranger that had a Force turbo kit already on it. The stock engine lasted several years with this kit on it.
John built us a "BUILT" engine..We had Force send us a tune file that we datalogged and had a reputable tuner clean it up. Not to make anymore power just to make it run like it should.
Engine lasted about 70 miles and cooked a piston. The engine was over any 6 mo warranty period. But John did help with labor on second and we purchased parts for a second engine. So this one is what it is. And we chalked that one up.

2nd engine
He built a stock engine and we pulled the turbo kit due to him saying no warranty if turbo stayed on. OK, customer agreed. A few MONTHS Later engine finally shows up.. looked good. We loaded a stock tune file this time.
Engine lasted less than 10 hours and windowed the block so now the customer is on the hook for another engine and now needing cases. WTF right?

Now onto the 3rd. Stock engine now needing cases in which the customer agreed to purchase NEW cases.
After roughly 3 months and being told he's waiting on backordered cases but now partzilla has a set he can get. Then onto dropping a valve on the engine stand then to on the way to drop it off at UPS for 2 weeks then drops it off but cannot provide tracking at any point and when he did no movement for weeks and this is where the ignoring us really started.

Then finally get the engine about a week later and open it up and see the motor mount nearly broke off. He puts it in a thin plastic box with 1 piece of cardboard and a few pieces of bubblewrap and sends it out the door. You asking for a major issue with p**s poor IDGAF shipping
Then really looked at it and realized these are cleaned cases dated 2023 and not the new cases that we were waiting on for so long and the customer paid for. So do we even need to trust the rest of what's inside.

Nothing but lies on lies to cover your lies and nothing more than a con man to alot of people at this point. No wonder you're reputation is s**t these days and you are getting away from the SXS crowd.

I gave you the chance to make it right and you continue to ignore me so now deal with this.

Let's pull a Maverick R transmission.

There are seals between the Trans and engine with a weep hole to drip from similar to a water pump.

1 of the 2 seals are leaking pretty good. We will find out which one.

I was at Swofford career center in the welding class, I believe 10th grade.
Jay Snyder was the instructor at the time, he stopped the class and turned the TV on and we watched until class was over.

Brand new Pro R we strapped some Valor Offroad wheels wrapped in Maxxis Roxxzillas.

Installed a Super ATV power flip window and rear window.
Installed a set of Mudbusters fender flares to keep the mud off.

We have alot more goodies coming for a round 2.

Hut us up for any installs or repairs.
