We have a large parking area and seating available inside so you can warm up! We have grab n' go items already prepared as well as a full menu.

Cole’s favorite treat is pumpkin bread, pumpkin squares etc. so for his birthday I experimented. Pumpkin chocolate chip sourdough loaf! For my first attempt it came out really good! Needs some slight tweaking, a little more pumpkin and more spice but it was delish! Both boys approved so I’m going to be adding it for purchase soon!

It’s rare I buy bread, I usually just make it. But I was out and in a hurry so let me show you the experiment I did over the last few weeks!
I bought a bag of bagels over three weeks ago, since buying the bag, this last one has sat out on the counter in these high temps. This bagel is still squishy, soft, no sign of mold and honestly you could probably take a big bite of it and not even realize it was over 3 weeks old. And the bag had a laundry list of ingredients that I could hardly pronounce.

Now let’s talk about my bagels, they cost more than store bagels. They last a very short period of time. Handful of days and they are hard as a rock and they will start to grow mold. They have 6 ingredients- starter(flour and water), flour, water, honey, salt, and love. And they are delicious! Did you also know that being sourdough they are actually gut friendly! 😉
