✊🏽 Mr. Ruiz is an OG Lowrider from Tijuana, MX and represents Dukes de Tijuana. This is his classic 1938 Packard. This car should be in a museum but it’s out here at Chicano Park Day.
Amigos car club gets here at 3:00am to help set up for the day and the Lowriders from all over San Diego & Tijuana start lining up to get into the park at 4:30am. They will be here until 4pm. This is the Lowrider Life.
