Finally found a set of rear fenders for my 38 truck - after finding a single rear fender for $900 I was thinking I was going to have to really spend some $$ to get one, and then I found a pair on Craigslist for $500 in AG- so I immediately jumped on them and picked them up Saturday for $450!! Now that last big peices I need are a hood and dash. I can't wait to finish this thing and get to enjoy it!!!

Did some cool tube and sheetmetal work on 240sx drift car- mounted the fuel cell above the differential, and rear mounted the radiator with a solid protection cage and simple bash bar/bumper- also did a complete firewall at the main cage hoop with some receses to allow the harness to wrap around the harness bar, and a removable panel to install the fuel cell through.

My shop truck is officially a roller on corvette suspension front and rear! Even still using the factory corvette leaf springs - the front will still come down once I get the engine and Trans mounted up next- I just threw a few sets of iron heads in the engine bay to slightly simulate a drive train, but with a few hundred more lbs it should be nice and low. Only one more of everything and it will be done in no time!

This morning I mocked up my 1938 chevy truck at the ride height I want to get some motivation and man it's gonna look sweet! So I completely stripped the body all apart and removed the stock suspension to make room for the new corvette C4 front and rear. Also used my new fenders to mark the front axle center line - hopefully with some determination it will be rolling by Sunday....

This foxbody was looking pretty rough when it came in, and now at least the engine bay and interior are in much better shape now! I striped the factory wiring harness all out and made up my own simple racecar harness for only the basics. I couldn't resist painting the engine compartment and cleaning up the engine itself - everything that leaves my shop has to be presentable and as clean as possible. Now that's its running and driving the owner can enjoy it while fixing up the outside next-

1580 miles later I have finally got my hands on a 37 chevy truck cab for my 1938 chassis I saved from the scrapper last year. I found this cab up in Oakland, Oregon though Facebook groups and finally made the trip after zero luck finding anything closer for months. But it was worth the drive to see this thing looking like a truck again! Still needs everything, but now that I have a cab I can make it into a vehicle with all my hoarded engines and parts... bitchen shop truck coming up soon!!!

1965 F250 in for a complete Crown Vic swap utilizing the complete drive train and suspension from the 2011 donor Vic with only 120k - got the original crossmember cut out and cleaned up the frame to weld in the new frame boxes, painted it and pressure washed the suspention and it's installed for good!
