Our Burden Blvd location will return to regular business hours Saturday November 29, 2025 9am- 4pm.

⚠️Scam alert⚠️

Just received a text message from the "Washington Department of Motor Vehicles" saying I have an unpaid traffic ticket. Obviously, this is fake. Unlike other states, we don't refer to our agency as the DMV. Also, we never send texts like this.

Other ways you can tell it's a scam:

1. International area code
2. Grammar and spelling errors
3. Fake website link

Ignore or delete messages you suspect are fraudulent. Never click on links in unsolicited emails and text messages.

If you receive a suspicious message, you can report it to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Phishing emails asking for your personal information can be forwarded to [email protected], and fraudulent texts can be sent to SPAM (7726).

If you’re concerned about the status of your driver license, you can go to our website and set up a License Express account or call us at 360-902-3900. No need to report this scam text to us.
