Hello Parker! It has been a while, but as a lot of you know, the last few weeks have been very eventful! For those who don’t know, we officially opened our doors about two weeks ago for a soft opening. First, we would like to extend a huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has stopped by, shared on social media, recommended us to friends, and provided feedback! We could not do this without you and are so grateful and proud to be a part of this community. If you didn’t know that we were open, now you do! Now Hiring! So again we come to a time where we need to expand and in order to do that we require help. As difficult as it is trying to find someone nowadays that can walk and talk at the same time is a challenge. So here it goes if you or anyone you know wants a job we are looking for a few self motivated employees yes experience is always a plus but we are willing to train the right person. There are a few requirements.
1. You must be able to pass a drug test! yes w**d is legal in many states but we are federal contractors so that does not apply until the feds approve it. So state laws are for state contracts not for us. So if you smoke the wacky tabacky im sorry but we cant use you. yes thats the major hurdle I know that there are those that say they have a medical card and thats great but its just like alcohol if you drink a beer at lunch time then your under the influence same if you smoke a joint. I dont want to risk you forgetting to tighten up a bolt. So if you cant pass a drug test dont bother coming in.

2. You must have transportation i dont care if its a skateboard a bike or a hover board as long as you have the ability to make it in to work on time.

3. You must be insurable so you will need to have a drivers license. We work on cars and in order to move them well you have to be able to test drive them so that is a big factor. We do have openings for spots that dont require you to drive so if you can pass the first two requirements ask about what other opening we have available.

4. You must be able to accept criticism you must be able to accept if you did something wrong and learn from it. You need to be able to follow directions and guidance. So if your one of those thats perfect then well im sorry but your in the wrong field we here in the auto body and paint world make lots of mistakes we just learn really quick how to avoid remaking them.

5. Yes the last one is the most important one you have to be able to walk and talk preferably at the same time. We are fast paced here and we usually teach by example so you will need to be able to keep up.

So if you feel you can handle the task please apply we are desperately seeking 3 individuals that are willing to learn our ways we are expanding and we need to make sure we can have the manpower for the challenge. Pay depends on experience and or motivation yes if you are willing to work and learn we can teach you there is no need to have a history of this line of work we need hands and feet to handle the overflow we are getting so please stop in or email us no calls we are already shorthanded and we dont have a secretary at the time ;) [email protected]
