Office help needed immediately for family owned used car dealership. Some duties include answering phones, data entry - inputting vehicles and costs, inputting deals and printing paperwork for car deals, filing, printing, running errands, etc. Must be detail oriented. Spanish speaking is a plus.

Starting pay is $18.00 for a 40 hour work week. Can pay more based on experience.

All around assistant needed. Job includes, but not limited to -

• Ordering vehicle parts, checking in vehicles, starting vehicles, etc.

• Must be able to qualify for a Sales License.

• Inputting and Printing paperwork for car sales/deals and finance deals - Accurately.

• Answering phones, talking to customers, running errands, etc.

• Computer entry, paperwork, etc.

* * Previous experience in the car industry a plus

* * Spanish speaking a plus.

We are open from 9 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.

This position is for 5 days, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday but can work Tuesday through Saturday if wanted.

Must have a current clean drivers license.

Awareness, positive attitude, a must.

Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to follow direction.
Must be able to take direction easily.
Must be flexible and able to wear many hats.
Computer experience a must.
Job requires lifting ie car batteries, jump boxes, etc.

Must be willing to work outside daily ie: checking in vehicles, putting prices, stock stickers, etc. in vehicles - snow and all.
