We just got the first ever .5A/R housing for a Garrett G25660 from Artec performance installed on the shop mule. Currently on a .92. Picked up about 600 ish rpms spool. No other changes other than fuel and timing. No sacrifice up top with this boost level either. Pretty sure we are in the sweet spot getting away with this at the boost we are at 1 bar, the engines displacement 2.0L non avcs. The current setup has been on a spring only on the gate no boost control, It feels like the gate is cracking pre maturely and then hitting target 1 bar. Im pretty sure we gain 200 ish or more rpms spool if we actually use a solenoid to control the gate. Thats the plan toss on a Cobb 3 port and see what els we get. Over all you can see the power is down on the car compared to the last time it was on the rollers, could be getting a little tired, could be how it was strapped, may have had different wheels on it last time too. Overall Im happy with the improvement, it essentially now feels like it has a 2.5L in it. This is pump gas by the way. Who wants us to put it on ethanol? With all these stations opening up it's getting more and more convenient to do.

We recently had project “big momma” out to highplainsraceway for its first shake n bake. While this girl was originally designed designed for working in the kitchen, a few changes to her attire get her out to the track. We just acquired a new powertrain to get some more performance, some cooling products to let her live longer while turning laps, and some brakes to slow her back down. Stay tuned for some updates. I really do t think there’s such thing as a budget build. Because what ever you give up with costs you’ll be investing more time. You will be putting in time but that’s what makes it worth it. Make the time you invest count. Prep before you go so you can leave the tools at home and concentrate on the driving experience. You don’t need a lot of power have fun. You just need a reliable advise to get ya out there. Let’s GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12 years ago we designed our own rotated kit. We wanted something different than the market provided. 25 units is what we set out to do and we have 2 left. Paul has one of the last. His bugeye pictured here “Sedona Red Pearl” as Paul would say. The guys are calling it a few different names. Jarvis, Lagwagon, Paul’s place, ect. The car features a host of mods but the gist is stand alone w flex fuel, G30, EJ207 , 6spd, re fitted ETS TI pipe kit to accommodate our kit and a tread stone core. We’re excited to see how the little 207 performs. We are proud of what Paul’s put together after hours. Nice Job buddy. What’s she gonna make? If your wondering we used material where the ets came up short as well as for the intake.

We’re getting this old girl outfitted for safety. An extensive cage from cage kits is getting installed. So far we are really impressed with the accuracy of the entire process.
