#1 — WHY DOES MY STEERING WHEEL SHAKE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS?

You hit 55–70 MPH and suddenly your steering wheel starts doing a little dance. 🫨

DON’T JUST TURN UP THE RADIO. 😂

A steering wheel shake can have several causes, including:
🛞 Wheel/Tire Balance — One of the most common causes of vibration at highway speeds.
🛞 Tire Problems — Uneven wear, damaged tires, separated belts or other tire issues can create vibration.
⚙️ Wheel or Suspension Issues — Bent wheels, worn steering or suspension components can sometimes be the culprit.
🔧 Alignment? — Alignment problems usually cause pulling or uneven tire wear rather than a speed-specific steering-wheel shake, but alignment and worn components often need to be checked as part of the overall picture.
