**🚨 WEBSITE / ORDERING UPDATE 🚨**
For everyone wondering why our website and ordering system are currently down, here's the short version.
A few days ago, our checkout system unexpectedly stopped processing orders. After quite a bit of troubleshooting on our end, we traced the problem to an **SDK/payment integration issue within the website platform itself**.
We attempted reconnecting the payment system, restoring previous backups, and multiple other troubleshooting steps with no success. It was eventually determined that our website was running on an older version of the platform and needed to be migrated to their newer infrastructure.
What was supposed to be a roughly **90-minute migration** has unfortunately turned into a much larger ordeal involving multiple restores, migrations, support teams, and a website that still isn't fully functional.
For a business that processes a significant amount of sales through the website every day, this has obviously been extremely frustrating — and we're doing everything we can to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
