Good afternoon noon from Brent’s mobile auto I just wanted to get on here and educate every one. On somthing

Ok so when you order a creat motor for older years and models. Ie like from jasper. Or any other rehab motor company. You will find and read the the creat motors are inspected. And ship ie complete or minor equipping needs to be done. It’s not the mechanics fault. It the motor has a blowen head gasket. Or cracked cylinder or any thing els the mechanic is only there to do the labor to install and make run after the mechanic is done and you pick it up and a head gasket blows or somthing goes wrong the mechanic has to now get in contact with the motor store they ordered the. Unit from and go through there process of elimination. Ie diagnostic once the proper. Diagnostic are done mechanics have to send those results in and have them approved weather to be pulled and shipped back or the motor company gets the part and ships them out for the mechanic to fix in the case I’m referring to is Jeff Scott’s truck it’s not my fault the first motor was bad. Let alone the wait time to get a new motor in I am the middle guy and the mechanic between jasper engines and the customer for Jeff Scott to sit behind a key board and slander my name let alone. Defamation of character. And has been for a year for somthing that has nothing to do with me all I am is the mechanic who get the bad blame. When really it was a new bad engine and mind you was complete other then sensors and. Intake So when he states I’m a liar. Well like i said I’m just a middle man trying to do the warranty process to get the issues resolved I’ve felt with his threats let alone. His harassment I did and completed his truck kept it for an extra three days so I could make sure. Nothing was wrong upon delivery. Wich there was no issues. After Dropi g it off I only can do so much every thing was all under investigation warranty. With jasper. I finally got a call back. And got the new motor put In so he can keep calling me a liar. Scam artist ext but in reality there’s only so much I can do. After I sent my info and diagnosis in for review it’s a sit and wait game for me as well. I took care of my part and I made my end and keeps my end of the warranty promise just like I will until his warranty runs out Agin he still has not showed any proof and Brent’s mobile auto and auto transport has thank you all for reading have a good day god bless stay safe

Diagnosed both the talon and the John Deere 320 skid steer. Fix both bad fuel wich caused the fuel filters to go bad drained the tank in the Deere 320 also after the we changed and fixed the fuel problem we also replace Zirk fittings And last thing that went out the next day was the starter. So went back out and installed a new starter. On the Deere 320 the talon had some electrical issues which we diagnosed and fixed the problem bus running and driving and a very happy customer. We are back up here in Paradise servicing Butte County and also surrounding areas tire changes, jumpstart, lockouts, heavy, and light duty, equipment, cars, trucks, and SUVs trailers and more. This customer is calling us back and we will be fixing his dump trailer Which will need the lease spring bracket re-welded and axle and leaf spray installed along with trailer logical and electric brakes.
