Big corporate shops in Chico don't see you at football games, Barney's for lunch, Savemart, or Cozy....We do! That's why we do the best job possible and honor our commitment to you! What is STEERING by Insurance? It's when an insurance company tries to intimidate thier insured into using a "preferred shop". This often includes saying things like:
1. "You only have a warranty if you use an "approved" shop". NOT TRUE!
2. "You may have to pay out of pocket for repairs" NOT TRUE with Collision Masters!
3. "We can't guarantee the quality". WE DO GUARANTEE!

This method can scare people into going to a shop that is recommended ONLY BECAUSE THEY GIVE YOUR INSURANCE A DISCOUNT. Don't be fooled. Come and see us and we'll gladly explain your rights!

The road construction is killing local businesses. Ask the next shop keeper you patronize. We're NOT okay. Please support local businesses. We have employees, families, and employees with families. We need you!

Do you value have local collision services on the Ridge? Do you refer friends? DO YOU KNOW IT'S ILLEGAL FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES to tell YOU where to get your car repaired? Please spread the word. Refer a friend. Like and share this post. LOCAL SHOPS like us are hurting because of the construction and WE WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS! Please support local if you value having businesses in town.

Not sure why TOP is okay with blocking access to our business but here's the deal: There is construction in front of our shop, PLEASE call us if you have trouble getting into the shop for an estimate.
