On the evening of September 10th Jadah met up with who she thought was a friend to hangout and listen to music with in his car. After several advances towards Jadah with the responses of “No” and the smell of alcohol on his breath, Jadah did not feel safe and attempted to leave. He brutally attacked her... stabbing her. Jadah escaped and tried to run but he got out and attacked her again. Stabbing her repeatedly until she was no longer moving. He thought she was dead and so did she. He got back in his vehicle and left. Leaving Jadah laying non responsive, in a pool of blood. Thank the Lord someone found her body and called 911. Jadah was rushed to the hospital non responsive, tests ran and into surgery. He stabbed Jadah in the back of her neck on her spinal cord and it had to be fused at both ends of C5 and C6. Jadah had to have several blood transfusions from the loss of blood. She also had a minor brain injury which scans show are all good now. Doctors said Jadah would be paralyzed from the neck down, which absolutely is not the case! Jadah can feel and use her arms and hands. She gets new sensations and feeling daily, and rehabilitation hasn’t even started. Jadah said “No!” And no means no! We have a very long road ahead of us with tons of different emotions everyday. Please pray for comfort, healing and
