Once again we must remind our customers, please do not have your vehicles towed in without approval. We have recently had multiple vehicles towed away without our knowledge due to tow truck drivers leaving the vehicles not in our assigned spots causing our customers looking for their cars and then to have to pay retrieval fees. To keep this from happening, call ahead and make sure we are prepared and taking in more cars for that day. We are not responsible for improper drop offs from tow truck drivers that we do not provide.

Effective immediately: Any vehicles being towed in MUST be called ahead of time and arranged. Vehicles showing up on a tow truck with out arrangements will be turned away and possibly towed away at customer's expense. Unfortunately we can no longer be liable for tow ins that we are not prepared for without notice. This is a firm policy we will start enforcing and we cannot allow exceptions at this time.

We are currently experiencing phone and internet outages in our area. Our service provider has reached out and they are currently trying to restore those services asap. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing for customers who may be trying to reach us.

Attention Customers: We have new parking space restrictions for ALL vehicle drop offs. Any vehicle being towed in or dropped off for repairs, must be arranged ahead of time. Vehicles that arrive without notice will be turned away. This is just temporary due to our recent closure and catching up with current work. Along with that, vehicles that are brought for drop off must be parked in our assigned spots only. We cannot be responsible for possible towing if vehicle is left in an unassigned space without our notice. Again, this is just a temporary inconvenience.
