I want to point out that in the a very short period we may have to close. We have had employees wreck our work trucks, steal from our company and customers, cost us money by damaging customer vehicles and by there criminal actions. Just the mounting cost in money is breaking our company. Howard is only one hard working man that is trying to keep his good name in tact. That is becoming harder each day and I will start putting people in jail and prosecuting any criminal act. Be blessed and remember to stay safe.

Please be advised if you work for this company you will not get by with stealing. To the guy that took the work truck smashed the fender and got a customers car impounded your fired. Your lucky your not going to jail for stealing those vehicles. Don't be Caught stealing, trying to harm Kuecken Howard or this company. You will be dealt with by Melissa McGlocklin. There will be no mercy so please be advised. Thieving and lying will no longer have in tolerance in this business. Be Cautious

Howard has had a tough time recently hiring people that are honest or have good work ethics. Now as I will inform anyone wishing to apply will be talking to me. First we will do a NCIC search for criminal history. The next thing is a copy of ID and at the very least 2 former employers. Please remember we are a small honest business with work ethics. Please remember the summer season is around the corner.Check your coolant along with the belt wear on your car. Howard will have longer hours in the summer time but he is still just one man. Anyone broke down on the side of the road is a priority. The fact we are down a couple of workers makes our jobs harder. Be patient with us please. Be blessed
