This week, we’re working on a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX14 with a dropped exhaust valve that caused damage to the cylinder head and piston. We’re getting it back on the road with a replacement cylinder head and piston to restore its performance.

This week, we had a 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 in the shop with a rear-end seizing issue and some noticeable noise. After digging in, we found an extremely bad bevel gear bearing that had caused considerable damage to the housing and bevel gear.

After replacing the damaged parts, repairing the housing, and ensuring everything was back to spec, the bike is now running perfectly and ready for the road again.
