Customer Complaint: We were doing the brakes ourselves and broke a caliper bolt.

We came through and got their situation fixed and explained the underlying issues that were the root of their problem for them to move forward with their own repairs.

Customer Complaint: My car wont start. We packed the car to head home all lights come on but my car will not start!

Upon inspection we found that the battery was very weak and needed to be replaced.

Customer Complaint: We were in 30A last night and the oil light came on and car shut off. Started it back up and drove it to gas station. As soon as we put oil in, oil came right out the bottom. We towed it home. Please come help.

Please be aware of who services your vehicles. This could have caused catastrophic damage to the internals of this engine. Luckily it did not.

Customer Complaint: I need new rear brakes they are grinding bad.

Chase Tindall with Big Beards Mobile Mechanics found more than just needing rear brakes. The whole right rear hub assembly was shot.

We made some fast calls and got a new hub same day and got her back on the road.
