I apologize to anyone I’ve missed calls or visits from the past two weeks. I’ve been out of town for an unexpected family emergency.

I appreciate the patience of everyone I’ve communicated with.

I should be back in town this afternoon. I look forward to getting everyone’s audio and remote start needs taken care of as soon as possible.

Today I finished up a sleek bass package in a new VW Tiguan. The owner wanted more bass than the factory stereo provided but didn’t want to give up much space. We came up with a plan to make a custom-fit enclosure for a 6.5” subwoofer in the side storage area. I was able to squeeze just enough airspace to add a port which helped get more sound out of the small subwoofer. To integrate with the OEM audio signal we used a Wavtech bassRESTOR which connects to the factory speaker signal and adds bass to music that doesn’t have much to start with.

To prevent damage from luggage, groceries, or anything else that may be put in the cargo area, we added a bar grille to the woofer.

I’ll be closed Saturday. For anyone who is around Pampa this weekend, I really suggest getting some Flatland BBQ!

This Chevy truck got a big sound upgrade!

We installed 3.5” speakers in the oem dash locations using spacers to countersink the speakers. This let the dash panel go back on flush.

In the rear we took the old thin speaker brackets off and made sturdy new ones. The solid mounting surface helped the 6x9s make a surprising amount of midbass!

Powering all of the speakers plus a 10” woofer was a 5 channel amplifier that put out more than 700 watts of power.

The owner also wanted a way to play music from his phone so we went with a Bluetooth/USB/CD/Aux head unit.

This truck got a security sensor in the toolbox so the alarm will be triggered and the user notified on the remote, even if they are inside of a building and can’t hear the vehicle alarm!
