This customer came to see me pretty defeated based on the way he had previously been treated. I promised that I would treat him exactly how he deserved. We were unable to find him a car that fit his family perfectly but after leaving this is how he felt.

"Thank you for working so hard with me. But I really can't afford the terms right now. I wish I could work with you but I can't stretch myself out that thin for a car that's not comfortable for my family. I just wanted to let you know out of all the dealerships I went to yours was by far the best. You treated me like a person not just as a credit number and price tag"
