⭐️To our valued current and future customers⭐️

We want to take a moment to clear up some confusion regarding insurance claims and body shop selection.

You may hear terms like “Direct Repair Program (DRP)” or “Preferred Shop” from your insurance company. These simply mean that the insurance company has an agreement with certain repair facilities regarding pricing and repair referrals. While these shops are part of an insurance company’s network, you are never required to use one of them.

In the Commonwealth of Virginia, you have the legal right to choose the body shop you trust, regardless of your insurance company’s recommendations.

As a locally owned, family-operated business, we proudly work with all insurance companies. Because we are independent, we focus on serving our customers—not insurance company contracts. Instead of providing discounts to insurance companies, we strive to help our customers whenever possible, including assisting with deductible costs when we can. We also stand behind our craftsmanship by providing a lifetime warranty on all of our repairs.

If your insurance company provides you with a list of “preferred” or “recommended” shops, remember that it is just that—a list of options. The choice is always yours.

We are incredibly grateful for the trust and support of our loyal customers and look forward to serving both our returning customers and those who choose us for the first time. Thank you for allowing our family to serve yours.
