Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Detailer to join our team. As a Car Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that each vehicle leaving our shop is meticulously cleaned and restored to its original condition. This is also a general shop position. Your duties will also include moving vehicles, cleaning the shop, running errands , dropping vehicles off at sublets and filling in to other roles as needed. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring they are free from dirt, dust, and debris.
- Vacuum and steam clean upholstery, carpets, and other interior surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to provide clear visibility.
- Use specialized tools and equipment, including pressure washers.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring that all tools and supplies are properly stored and readily available.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
-Valid drivers license is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Knowledge of different vehicle surfaces and the appropriate cleaning and detailing techniques.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products, tools, and equipment used in car detailing.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Working Hours and Compensation:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The starting pay is $18 per hour, with potential for growth and advancement based on performance and experience.
