We are hiring!
Drive and Shine is a family owned driving school headquartered in Palm Coast, FL. We service Flagler county, Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach. We are looking for a female driver.
We need someone reliable and who is not in a season of being a primary care giver. As a driving instructor, we would invest in a temporary certification (6 months) and training and if you like it, we would pay to send you to Orlando in the fall for a few days for full certification.
You must have a clean driving record (meaning no at-fault accidents or moving violations within the past 3 years and you must have never had your license suspended or have had a DUI). Also, no criminal background.
*If you speak a 2nd language, that would be a major blessing to us and our community who is seeking lessons with bilingual drivers.
*We train you
*You are an independent contractor with us. The amount of hours you work is dependent upon customer sign ups.
*We pay for your certifications, fingerprinting, and renewals
*You decide your own schedule but we are looking for someone who is available for at least 5 lessons a week and you decide the days and times within our hours. (We are open 7 days a week and lesson start times are usually 8/9am, 11am/12pm, 3/4pm... in the summer we would love to have someone willing to give a later lesson (5/6pm start) since we have so much daylight---not a requirement).
*Lessons are 2 hours but you are paid 3 hours for each
*You are paid weekly
*Annual Christmas bonus
