I haven’t really talked much about fitness… but I’m sure many of you have noticed the major difference in me since just last year. After talking to about how unhealthy the car community is… he encouraged me to share my story here.

Over the past 12 months I went from 260 lbs to 190 while at the same time packing on muscle. I am now in the best shape of my life at 44 years old, mainly due to a super strict high protein diet and consistent gym time. I’ve lifted weights my whole life but never really locked in to a super clean, super strict diet. What a difference a high protein calorie deficit diet makes!

With a 70 lb lighter driver and 600 lb lighter car I can not wait to see what difference it makes!
