This camper was in desperate need of a partial re-roof due to water damage. 💦💦

Here are some signs that a camper has water damage:

💧Water stains: A common sign of water damage is water stains on the ceiling, which can appear yellow and darken over time.

💧Soft spots: If the ceiling, walls, or floor feel soft when pressed, this could indicate rot from water damage.

💧Discolored interior: Wood, paper, and cloth materials can take on a darker color after being exposed to water.

💧Mold and mildew: Mold can grow in damp environments, so its presence could indicate water damage.

💧Musty odor: A musty odor can be a sign of water damage.
