Figure I have not updated on actual work we do at HSP in awhile. Most videos on performance comparisons.

So here is an update over some of projects the last few months or so.

Kicking it off with this Victory XC.

Tore it down sent tins off to paint and then bring it all together again.

Two buddies each had 2017 Vics one Magnum and one X1 with a 117 big bore that were build by another Vtwin performance shop in Louisiana and tuned by someone else before they heard of HSP here in East Texas.

They brought their Vics for me to retune.

Was able to pick up a good chunk of tq and hp across most of the range with a good combination of road and dyno tuning.

Power is in the ignition timing.

The second of two 2017 117 big bore Vics

The 2017 Magmun (somehow I missed taking a picture on the dyno.

AFR was decent on the original tune but was was able to dial in the timing on the dyno.
Was able to pick up 5 or so tq in the mid range

Power is in the ignition timing.

2012 Ness Vision with under 3k miles.

This was our biggest build to date.

The owner flew from Maryland to Oregon to buy the Vision, rode it to Texas drop it of the HSP and then flew back and rode it back home to Maryland.

HPT cams
Penski shock
Maximus tune
HID light upgrade
From chrome to nearly blacked out
New HDM seat
Improved windshield

Also the exhaust was made to order Ragin Cajun modified stock mufflers!

Picked up 32 tq and 48 hp

After the first 500 miles of break in did a leak down test and it was great at 3% front cylinder and 2% rear!

Truth and lending, due to back log at vendor I went with just the Barnett HD clutch spring and pressure plate vs waiting for the variable clutch. That was a mistake as the clutch started to slip at WOT after a few thousand miles.

Since it was my issue, I flew out to Maryland on my own dime to put the new variable clutch once it was available.
