Awesome! Everyone is super nice!!
Do you have the Subaru facemasks????
This is a terrible dealership with awful customer service. I cannot recommend it to anyone. I originally leased a vehicle from Roto Subaru which was later bought out by Napleton Subaru. I purchased the lease protection plan when I originally leased the car.
Now, when I am due to return the car, Napleton will not honor the protection plan that I purchased through Roto Subaru. Not only that, but I originally reached out to them a month and a half ago. At that time, I was told that if I just get the paperwork to them, they will honor agreements originally purchased through Roto.
Getting paperwork to them has been a nightmare as I have had to send it to them multiple times. Opening email PDF attachments are apparently challenging for them. Faxes are also difficult. When I finally get the paperwork to them, it takes forever for them to look at it. They were too busy with Sales to provide Customer Service. Then, at the 11th hour they finally get back to me and say they will not honor it.

They have great and nonest service. Marc is a true asset and helped me out with a few complicated decisions I had to make. Highly recommend them, especially over Evanston Subaru.
My daughter bought a car from this dealership two weeks ago, and last week, the manual transmission failed while she was in Madison, WI for our son's wedding. Illinois has an implied warranty law that requires used car dealerships to repair major failures happening in less than 500 miles, so she called the dealership to see what she should do to get it repaired. The dealership has put her on hold, transferred calls to voicemail or just let the phone ring, and when they did answer, they told her the clutch and bearings are not part of a manual transmission - maybe thinking she would believe such a ridiculous statement because she's a woman? In any case they have done nothing at all to help her, and if your're a young woman, a person with a daughter, or for that matter, a human being who wants to buy a used car you can trust from a dealer that looks out for its customers, don't buy a car from Napleton Arlington Mazda. GM Danny Napleton implied our “daughter” couldn’t handle a manual car...sexist much?
Should we start our cars and let them run during this weather?? What is your mechanics opinion on this???
I sent back the survey already, all is good
I am a Marine Corps Veteran, Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran, Indiana Sheriff's Association's 2014 Deputy of the year and current Law Enforcement Officer. I do my best to treat everyone fairly and the utmost respect. Unfortunately, not everyone goes by the Golden Rule. On 12/17/2018 I drove 2 hours to Napleton's Arlington Heights Subaru and Mazda dealership located at 1555 E Rand Rd in Arlington Heights Illinois. I had called prior to driving to Napleton's to inquire about a vehicle I found listed on their website. It was a 2007 F-150 which appeared to be in great shape. I spoke on the phone with Mark Carey, the online sales manager. He informed me that it was a great truck and that he wouldn't negotiate the price over the phone. When I arrived I spoke with Brian Ferguson. Brian showed me the truck, which appeared to be in immaculate condition. The body of the truck had no rust and the interior was also in great shape. Brian informed me that it had passed a Safety Inspection at their dealership. I took it for a test drive and everything appeared ok. We then negotiated over the price and I purchased the vehicle at the top end of the KBB fair market value. On 12/25/2018 it was found that there were large rust perforations through the frame under the cab. Several of the perforations were over a foot long. They extended from the front of the cab to the rear on both sides of the truck. There were also cracks in the frame. I made several attempts to contact back the dealership. On 12/29/2018 I made contact with Mark Carey. I advised him what I had found and would not make any attempt at a resolution. I reminded him that I was told that the truck passed a Safety Inspection. He informed me that it was more for drive ability. I then asked if the safety inspection included the structural integrity of the vehicle and he stated that it did not. Mark indicated the sale was as is and that they would make no effort to help make repairs and that I could not return the truck. If you are looking for a used vehicle, don't trust this dealership's so called safety inspection. Don't trust the safety of your loved ones in a used vehicle from Napleton's.
So...do we get to choose our offer?
Do NOT buy a used car here. They will not honor the warranty. I’m highly disappointed in the experience I had and the stress it’s continuing to bring.
