Absolute worst sales experience to date. Went to purchase a used vehicle. Picked out a car and agreed on a price, but as soon as the signing paperwork came out, they had over $3,000 in nonsense fees and “optional” packages. At first they tried to sell me on the benefit of these packages, but I insisted I was not interested. While there may be a benefit, I did not want, nor agree to, these optional packages. They told me they were mandatory fees, and could not be removed. Among these “mandatory fees” was an “Arlington Acura” package for $2,000 which included paint protection, “SmartLink” package for $650 which provided LoJack service should the vehicle be stolen. Also included in the nonsense fees was a $795 “recon” fee, or reconditioning fee. If you are not familiar with this, Google it and RUN a from any dealership that tries to include additional profit disguised as a “recon fee”. Absolutely shady, and unethical, business practice. When I asked to speak with the general manager, they sent a manager who persisted that the fees were mandatory, and who even went on to say they could charge me MORE if I paid cash because “we make more money off you if you finance through us”. Save yourself the gas money, headache, and frustration and look elsewhere. Read other reviews... this is standard practice with Arlington Acura.

Multiple staff at this location not wearing masks inside. While Your sign says masks are required, I guess it doesn’t apply to staff? Even heard a lady ask staff why and they blew her question off. I will tell my contacts to go elsewhere.
I am a very loyal customer to Arlington Acura! I bought my Acura 8 years ago from this car dealership and it is a good car! I drive an hour and 30 minutes from Rockford to have my car service at this dealership! Jeremy is my service guy and he is the most honest and trustworthy guy! He will be truthful and honest to any of his customers! I give this service a 5 star- plus!
During my deployment to a war zone my pregnant wife at home with two kids under 3 had her car totaled by hail damage. We bought a vehicle from this dealership from out of state. We were told the vehicle would ship as soon as the paperwork was received. After the paperwork was received, we were told on 3 occasions by John in finance the car "will ship tomorrow", "will ship today", and "the car should go out any day now" over the course of 3 weeks. After countless unreturned phone calls by Agran, RJ and John we were finally told the car wont ship because someone didn't do their job appropriately. As a result, my wife had to rent a car because she is also working while I am deployed. She extended the rental 3 times. During this period of time RJ from sales and Agran, his supervisor, said they would cover the rental. After 10 days of leaving messages we still have not heard from anyone.
