I get a call yesterday the part to fix my towing lights had come in. Now about 6 months ago they had said there was a recall for this, but I was told I was okay(I have no tow pkg). So I figured I would get the oil changed just to make it a productive visit.
So I called back asked about the part and said can I get an oil change, and they were all the sudden booked.
I want to be open minded, but I really felt like as soon as it wasn't warranty work they didn't want to do it. I said thanks for nothing and hung up, and called the dealership. I very nice lady decided not her problem and sent me to an anonymous voicemail box.
I don't know if this is bait and switch but it sure felt that way. So buyer beware at McGrath Arlington Kia, cause something is fishy.
