The Role at Summer Lake Hot Springs~
Land Steward: Housekeeping, Guest Services & Light Maintenance
We are seeking a land steward (couples welcome) to keep our beautiful cabins, homes, and rooms clean and in top shape.
Housekeepers are highly valued members of our team. They work independently within the team, making this the perfect job to put in your earbuds, listen to music or a podcast, and get to work enjoying your progress throughout the day.
Your responsibilities include:
✔ Daily cleaning of cabins, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain a pristine environment.
✔ Light maintenance work, such as making small repairs, maintaining grounds, and ensuring facilities are in working order.
✔ Assisting with guest needs and creating a welcoming space.
Sometimes you’ll be the welcoming face of Summer Lake Hot Springs in our office, ensuring guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, staying organized, and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
Those responsibilities include:
✔ Communicating with guests in person to manage check-ins and basic inquiries.
✔ Assisting with reservations and coordinating guest stays.
✔ Helping with guest needs while ensuring a warm, welcoming environment.

🏕️ Free Housing: Choose between a full RV hookup site (if you bring your own trailer) or stay in our on-site trailer with heating and a kitchenette (bathrooms are a short walk away).
💰 Compensation: Earn $20/hour for all hours worked, with weekly team shared tip payouts and a $500 seasonal completion bonus. We are currently seeking two team members available to work 20+ hours weekly through the season, with returning team members in good standing receiving first consideration for future seasons.
🌿 Exclusive Perks: Free unlimited 24/7 access to our natural hot springs, including access to staff only soaking tubs. Team members also receive 50% off in our gift shop along with a 25% friends and family discount for staff and alumni in good standing.
