The Corvette community is heartbroken after learning that Mid America Motorworks and their iconic museum in Effingham, IL, was devastated by a tornado on Wednesday. We are grateful that no injuries were reported.

Mid America Motorworks was more than just a business — it was the heart of Corvette culture, known to so many as the home of Corvette Funfest, one of the greatest Corvette shows to ever exist. A true gathering place for enthusiasts from all walks of life.

Our hearts go out to the Yager family and every family touched by this tremendous loss. The memories made there will never be forgotten, and the spirit of the Corvette community will carry on. Mid America Motorworks: Corvette
