Liberty Auto is looking for a Service Writer to join our team. We are a busy, independently owned automotive repair shop in Page, Arizona. Candidates will need to be able to handle a fast paced environment and have good customer service skills. We are willing to train the right individual.

Salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 (dependent upon experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle, and perform any additional follow up

Listen carefully to customer descriptions

Advise the customer on the auto repairs that we recommend and offer a pricing quote

Communicate with parts sellers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand

Provide updates to customers as their work is completed

Answer questions about services performed and price information

Schedule appointments over the phone

QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic math and accounting knowledge

A basic understanding of auto mechanics

Computer and data-entry skills

Organizational and record-keeping skills

Ability to stand, walk, sit and lift up to 25 pounds

Have a teamwork mindset in the workplace and accept feedback on your work

Understand the typical format of company schedules in order to manage time efficiently

Ability to multitask, work in high-stress settings

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Awesome peddle car right!? Today is the Lake Powell Cruisers car show up at the city park. Go check it out, some great vehicles.
A big shoutout to Liberty Auto for making this “gasser” for the peddle car contest. You buy tickets and vote on your favorite. The most tickets wins! The charity wins the sale of the tickets, the person drawn wins the peddle car, and the designer wins too. Win win for all!
