“My car is in your lot. Why can't I just walk in and grab my stuff?” 🔑🚗
We understand the frustration.
Your belongings are yours, and you may need something important from inside the vehicle.
But a secured vehicle storage facility can't operate like a public parking lot.
We can't simply allow anyone to walk through the gate, locate a vehicle, open doors, and remove property without proper procedures.
Why?
Because we're responsible for every vehicle in our care.
We have to verify identity.
We may need to confirm ownership or authorization.
Some vehicles may be connected to police holds, investigations, insurance claims, or legal restrictions.
And most importantly, we have to protect every customer's property—not just yours.
Imagine if someone could walk into a storage yard, point to a vehicle, and say:
“That's my car. I just need to grab a few things.”
No verification.
No documentation.
No accountability.
You wouldn't want that system protecting your vehicle.
The rules may sometimes feel inconvenient, especially during an already stressful situation.
But those procedures exist for a reason.
Security isn't just a fence and a camera.
It's knowing who enters.
Knowing which vehicle they access.
And making sure property is released to the right person.
That's not unnecessary red tape.
That's responsible vehicle custody.
