To whom it may concern,

This morning around 8.43 pm , this lady came to Fred's Gas and food Foodmart paying $20 for pumping gasoline on pump #7, it takes only 1-2 minutes to pump $20 ,but after she placed the nozzle into her car, she went to seat inside her car about 5-6 minutes later she drove off without taking the nozzle out from the car, causing nozzle-hose breaks from breaks-away Connector hose. after accident, she removed the broken nozzle from her car, and driving away .
We already reported this incident to Oxnard Police department Report # 2025-81997.
