Veterans, this one's for you. Here's what a day on our range actually looks like.

You're not sitting at a simulator. You're behind the wheel on a real off-road range, backing and maneuvering a Class A truck. During weeks 2 and 3 it's a 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio per truck — real seat time, not a spot in a crowd.

Three things to know before summer's over:

1. You train 100% hands-on on a real off-road range — never simulators.
2. Your DOT physical and drug screen are handled in week one, on site.
3. New classes start every week — call Friday, be in class Monday.
