Meet the Team Monday ✨
Dawn graduated from Corunna High School before attending Baker College, where she earned a degree in accounting with a minor in computer information systems. During her time at Baker College of Owosso, Dawn taught several math, software, and introductory business classes, sharing her knowledge and passion for education with countless students.
After her time in education, Dawn worked as a Staff Accountant for Woodard for approximately two years. While there, she also worked through Robert Half, traveling extensively to complete a variety of accounting projects and assignments.
In February of 1996, Dawn joined what was then known as the Owosso Trailer Park as the receptionist. Over the years, she played a key role in the company’s growth and evolution into Constine Communities, Inc., helping support the expansion that doubled the number of communities under the company’s management. Today, Dawn serves as the Office Manager for CCI, bringing decades of knowledge, dedication, and experience to the organization.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her friends and family, gardening, and traveling. She is the proud mother of three children, grandmother to seven grandchildren, and great-grandmother to four great-grandchildren.
We are incredibly fortunate to have someone like Dawn at the helm of our day-to-day operations. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to both our team and residents have helped shape Constine Communities into what it is today, and we are so thankful for all she does.
