Welp... here's a Keystop first... and not a good one. Now that diesel is above $6.00 a gallon our 1960s off road pumps were never thought to handle that amount.... so we will have to do all of our Off Road sales by hand, on calculator.... please be patient with our employees up here. It may take a little longer to get your sale added in but we will take care of you. First and for most. Thank you.

Update on JoJo, a/k/a "Peppermint Man". I went to visit him after church yesterday. He is off the ventilator, talking and laughing and ready to get out of there. He was very appreciative of all the prayers and concerns. Keep them up!!! God is good...All the time.

Yesterday, our employee, JoJo Clayton, suffered a heart attack while working. He is in the hospital and continues to need lots of prayers. Thanks so much for all the concerned phone calls, texts, FB messages, and just dropping by the station to let him and us know that you were concerned about our "peppermint giving" gas attendant. Special shout out to Nick W., a Yelvington Fire Dept. firefighter, who stopped in and administered CPR until the ambulance arrived. We believe you saved his life! The Keystop and his family appreciate all your support, love, and prayers.

I heard the news a couple of hours earlier, but refused to believe it. Our friend Eddie Mattingly has passed away. Every once in a blue moon you get a customer that you know by their vehicle, call them by their first name, you know as soon as they pull in... it's going to be a good day... Well, Eddie was that customer. Everyone loved him up here. Always talked so highly of his wife and kids. Someone I aimed to be like as the years rolled by. He was so much bigger than this life. I thought he would be coming in until I retired... Our hearts go out to his family, friends, and Hell, anyone that ever met the man.... because if you did. You knew how good of day it was going to be.

Diesel is back up and running for customers with a clean bill of health. Now gas will be down for a bout an hour. That includes E10 and NonEthanol. Sorry for any inconvenience. We will updating accordingly.
