Valu Auto LLC is looking to hire a Service Advisor/Shop Manager for our automotive repair business in Owego,NY!
We have been in business for 27 years and we are family owned and operated!
This is a FULL-TIME position- we are ideally looking to hire someone to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm with some flexibility.
Pay is Depending on Experience and References will need to be provided! (Pay to be discussed upon interview and verification of references)
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of automotive management experience (References Required)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Customer service skills.
Experience and knowledge in Automotive repair.
Experience using Computer, Phone and Credit Card Machine (Quickbooks experience preferred but not required).
Possess your own tools.
JOB DUTIES:
Schedule repair appointments and coordinate repair.
Manage the shop services preformed and the mechanics within the shop.
Ordering parts.
Creating Estimates, generating invoices and obtaining payments.
Maintaining stock of supplies within shop.
Communicating with customers regarding repairs as well as local dealerships/customers.
Working closely alongside upper management.
Repairing Vehicles.
